  • Television with HDMI input
  • Broadband Internet connection atleast 1.5MBps
    (5Mbps recommended)

How long is the warranty?

  • 1 year Manufacturer warranty on all MyGica TV boxes purchased
    in Australia from authorized resellers . Products purchased
    overseas are not covered by Australian warranty

Do you provide software updates?

  • Single Core and Dual Core boxes require manual upgrade via
    SD or USD memory card.
  • Quad Core models support Automatic OTA Updates.
  • We provide step by step instructions and youtube how to video. These updates can be found on www.mygica.ca/forum
